Executive Producer of Digital, Dustin Callif, will discuss Tool’s sought-after and innovative artists, their inspiring work and their unique creative/tech approach to these productions. Tool projects that will be highlighted include:

• The first-of-its-kind interactive “Touching Stories” iPad app, a unique series of four videos combining live-action and interactive content shot and created by Tool with technology partner Domani Studios.

David on Demand, the Cannes Lions Twitter/live-action experiment featuring Leo Burnett’s David Perez, who volunteered to make himself subservient to the every (legal) demand of Twitter’s masses in exchange for a trip to Cannes. Tool director Jason Zada worked with Tool’s in-house creative and technical team, bringing the unique online interactive experience to life.

Since joining Tool in 2009, Dustin has been responsible for leading the growth of the company’s digital business and overseeing the development of interactive live-action content that merges the worlds of technology, art and advertising. Working with clients such as Sprint, Starbucks, Project (RED), Doritos, Citibank, Nike and others, Dustin has overseen over 150 digital media projects across all digital platforms. His projects have been recognized with numerous awards, including at the Cannes Advertising Festival, The Webby Awards, AICP Next, Clio Awards, FWA, MTV VMA, AICP, OMMA and Davey Awards.
